CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup – flour

2 tbsp. – powdered sugar

4 tbsp. – cocoa powder

1/2 tsp. – baking soda

1 tsp. – baking powder

100 g – butter

200 ml – sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp. – vanilla extract

1/2 cup – water

2 tsp. – vinegar

2 tbsp. – almond slivers

PREPARATION:

  1. Into a large mixing bowl, sieve together the flour, powdered sugar, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder. Add butter into this and mix well. Add the condensed milk, vanilla, water and mix until well incorporated.
  2. Lastly add the vinegar and beat well. Pour this batter into a greased baking dish and add the almond slivers. Microwave for just 6 minutes. Every oven temperature is different, so keep an eye always.
  3. Garnish with chocolate sauce if you wish and enjoy.
